Ann's Baked Bluefish
1 or 2 bluefish fillets
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
4 tbsp. chives, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Dry fillets. Mix all other ingredients and pour over fish in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
