Aloha Seafood Serves 6
2 lbs. fish fillets (your choice) 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. steak sauce 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper
Skin fillets and cut into serving size pieces. Lay fish in single layer in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Let stand for 30 minutes to marinate. Turn once. Remove fish, reserve sauce for basting. Place fish on well greased broiler pan. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 4-6 minutes. Turn carefully and brush with sauce. Broil 4-6 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
